Snow :: Nieve

Today we woke up and there was snow on the ground, plus more snow falling from the sky! It was beautiful, and I really wanted to go outside, so I got super happy when my parents said lets get dressed to go outside!!!!
I don't have boots yet, so they made special boots for me, I wore my slippers, on top my Dad's woolen socks, and on top of that plastic bags so I will not get wet. We played with the snow, it was fluffy and dry, I tried packing it, but no success. I also went sledding with my Dad and later made angels with both my parents... actually at the end you will see a picture of our three angels!
It was a very fun day!!!! :)

Cochabamba

Yesterday we arrived from a two days trip to Cochabamba, Bolivia´s third largest city. I went there with my grandparents and parents, and we stayed with Dr. Ouladi, aunt Didar and uncle Nadim. It was so nice to be with them, aunt Didi shared her dolls and bears with me and uncle Nadim always tried tickling me!! I would always shake Dr. Ouladi´s hand and say Abha, I really really liked him, and also his plants! With them we visited few places in the town, many things were closed because of New Year, but we still enjoyed the pintoresque views of this town, located in a valley, surrounded by greenish mountains and with the perfect weather for a midwest girl like me!!

Las Lomas de Arena :: Sand Dunes

With my grandparents and parents we went to a cool place outside the city of Santa Cruz, called las Lomas de Arenas or sand dunes, yup! right in the middle of green scenary you find sand dunes and I really really enjoyed playing with it!!!

Con mis abuelitos y padres fuimos a un lugar super interesante llamado Lomas de Arenas, se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad de Santa Cruz y sip! ahi en medio del monte verde de repente uno encuentra arenales tipo desierto... y a mi me encanto jugar con esa arena!!!

Visiting my friend Nasim and her parents

We also visited my friend´s Nasim´s home, and her parents prepared a very yummy dinner for us, which I really enjoyed! Nasim and I played all night, she has a beautiful dog, Maya, and lots of toys that she shared with me.

Tambien visitamos la casa de mi amiguita Nasim. Sus papis nos prepararon una riquisima cena, yo comi bastante! Nasim y yo jugamos toda la noche, tiene una perra bella llamada Maya, y muchisimos juguetes que compartio conmigo.

* La Rinconada *

Fuimos a celebrar un ultimo dia de calor de diciembre en Santa Cruz a la Rinconada. Mi amiga Fereshte y yo nos divertimos mucho, entre juegos, piscina y el tecito de la tarde se nos pasaron las horas felices. Aqui van algunas fotos...
