HAPPY :: AYYAM-I-HA :: FELIZ

Today we start celebrating the Happy Days of Ha! Days of giving and sharing with family and friends... and since all my family is not here in these days, and many of my friends are also elsewhere, I am hugging my friends here and thinking of you all!! Wishing you happy happy happy Ayyam-i-Ha! :)

Hoy comenzamos a celebrar los Felices Dias de Ha! Dias de compartir y dar a la familia y amigos... y como toda mi familia no esta aqui estos dias y muchos de mis amigos tambien estan lejos, estoy abrazando a mis amiguitos que estan aqui y pensando en todos ustedes!! Les deseo feliz feliz feliz Ayyam-i-Ha! :)

Growing :: Creciendo

I have grown a lot these days, my Mom had to look for clothes over 9 months because what I had was quite tight... hey! and even those for 9 months are starting to fit me just right!! I wonder how much I weigh??

PS. Thank you Aunt Maggie and Uncle David for the outfits, they are perfect!!

He crecido mucho estos dias y mi Mami tuvo que buscar ropas de 9 meses para arriba pues lo que estoy usando me queda apretadito... y hasta aquellas de 9 meses estan cabales!! Me pregunto cuanto estare pesando??

My new home :: Mi nuevo hogar

We just moved! Last Saturday we moved to our new home, a nice place for me to grow up and play.. and I even get my own bedroom!! Grandma Nancy and Aunt Ruhiyyih came to help us, and almost all the Baha'i friends from our community gave us a hand too! Right after we moved all the stuff we started painting our rooms and I say we, because I helped too... unfortunatelly we didn't take pictures that weekend, so here are some with my parents, as you can imagine we are still working in our rooms, so we are sleeping just where ever and enjoying fun working days!!!!

Nos acabamos de trasladar! El sabado pasado nos trasladamos a nuestra nueva casa, un lindo lugar para que yo crezca y juegue.. y hasta tengo mi propia habitacion ahora! Mi abuelita Nancy y tia Ruhiyyih vinieron a ayudarnos con la mudanza, asi como casi todos los amigos Baha'is de nuestra comunidad! Despues de trasladar todas las cosas comenzamos a pintar y arreglar los cuartos y digo "comenzamos" pues yo tambien di una mano... desafortunadamente no sacamos fotos ese fin de semana, asi que aqui les mando algunas con mis padres, pues como se imaginaran aun seguimos trabajando en nuestros cuartos, asi que dormimos donde sea y disfrutamos dias de trabajo!!!

Busy week :: Una semana trajinada

With my Mom :: Con mi Mami

I spend most of the day with my Mom... and look forward for my Dad to come and do things with him. But, since there is no one around to take a picture of Mom and I, today we decided to just go all natural and take a picture in bed ourselves! It was hard to know when to smile, my Mom was holding the camara, so I was pretty confuse about what to do... hey! and she just kissed me in one of those shots so I could smile!!

Paso la mayor parte del dia con mi Mami... y claro, veo la hora en que mi Papi viene a casa para hacer cosas con el. Pero, como generalmente no hay alguien por aqui para sacar una foto mia con mi Mami, hoy decidimos sacarnos una a la quete aqui en la cama! Fue algo dificil saber cuando tenia que sonreir, mi Mami estaba agarrando la camara y estaba yo confundida con todo el asunto.. asi que saz! ella me dio un besoton para que sonria!!

Lots of snow :: Mucha nieve

Today I woke up and when Mom opened the windows' curtains everything outside was white! It snowed a lot yesterday and it is still snowing now, and everywhere there is snow.. I love it! So my Mom took me outside to touch it and even taste it!! It was cold but very flaky, it was fluffy, and when I was puttin my fingers inside of it it will just go down, so interesting!!!! Here are few pictures ;)

Hoy desperte y cuando mi Mami abrio las persianas afuera todo estaba blanco! Nevo mucho ayer y aun esta nevando ahora, todo esta cubierto con nieve. Me encanta! Asi que mi Mami me llevo afuera a tocarla y hasta la pude probar!! Estaba fria pero bien ligera, super esponjosa, asi que cuando puse mis deditos sobre ella se desaparecia, muy interesante!!!! Aqui van unas cuantas fotos ;)

Febrero ya?? :: February already??

Increible! Ya es febrero y afuera aun hace frio.. igual mi Mami me saca afuera de vez en cuando, pues no puedo estar encerrada todos los dias! Hoy fuimos a caminar en mi carrito, no mucho, un par de cuadras, pero estaba frio frio afuera, aunque yo estaba bien calientita con toda la ropa que me puso encima mi Mami.

Esta vez llevamos camara para que vean un par de fotos de mi barrio. Anoche nevo, asi que tenemos nieve... ultimamente se va a los pocos dias, pero ha estado nevando seguido y a mi me encanta verla caer por la ventana! Hoy habia sol, asi que pueden ver mi calle (Sierra Dr.) y mi Mami trato de sacar una foto mia con uno de los bellos arboles grandotes que hay aqui.. a mi me encantan los arboles!!

Amazing! It is already February and outside is still cold.. anyways my Mom takes me out from time to time, I can't be inside all day everyday! Today we went for a walk in my little stroller, not too far, just a couple of blocks, it was very cold outside but I was warm with all the clothes my Mom dressed me with.

This time we took the camara so you can see a couple of pictures from my neighborhood. Last night it snowed, so we got some snow.. lately it melts after few days, but it has been snowing often and I love to watch it from our window! Today we had sun, so you can see my street (Sierra Dr.) and my Mom tried to take a picture of me with one of the beautiful huge trees we have here.. I love them very much!!
